In 2011, Pure Chocolates Sensation was founded, with the vision of delivering the finest chocolate experience here in Australia - inspired by the Filipino traditions of crafting pure chocolate tablea from cacao pods.Today, Pure Chocolate Sensations focuses on delivering artisanal Callebaut® products, which uses only the finest ingredients to create beautiful-tasting chocolates.

Introduction of Cognac Chocolate Truffles
In 2015, we introduced our cognac chocolate truffles. At Pure Chocolate Sensations, we use Hennessey as our base to create our cognac truffles to combine the rich taste of cognac with the sweetness of Belgian chocolate. Cognac truffles are a unique and indulgent present for yourself and others.
